Assist clients with hardware and software issues, on site or remotely, across all IT-related requests. Needs basic experience with L1/L2 switch and router configuration, P2P devices, hardware, network and software troubleshooting, plus a working knowledge of servers and firewalls.
Keep the CCTV system running day to day and report daily to the client. Involves switch, router and P2P device configuration and troubleshooting, and staying available on site for uninterrupted CCTV services.
Onsite IT support: desktops, laptops, printers and basic network connectivity, installing and configuring operating systems and applications, with prompt ticket management.
First-level IT support at the client location: troubleshooting hardware and software, supporting end users and keeping IT operations running. Basic knowledge of computer hardware, networking and peripherals.
